a little Oilily soap tin. And while I was putting this tin with the other tins I realized I never showed you my oilily tins and boxes.. so here they are!

I love the bright colours and they each have their own use.
There are more but they are spread over the house.
At the end of the schoolyear our school kids spoil us to, they give us cards, drawings, candy, flowers and this beautifull rose,

Of course this is a strange thing, teaching is our profession, we get payed for it! But it does make me feel good and so spoiled.
Did I show you this completely finished little birdquilt? I finally finished the binding.

so another finished project!
Good day's to all of you!
Uau! That's a big collection!

ReplyDeleteThose tins are just gorgeous. What a collection. Do they come empty or with something yummy in them? I don't think I have seen them over here.
The bird quilt is beautiful - so fresh and happy. Well done!
Teachers need to be 'spoiled', because they take care of our kids for a lot of hours a week!
ReplyDeleteIedereen verdient het om aan het eind van het jaar een beetje verwend te worden, maar onderwijzers verdienen het nog een beetje meer. Prachtige collectie blikjes, die kleuren springen van het scherm.
ReplyDeleteGroetjes, M

ReplyDeleteI love oilily, the colours and designs are always so amazing. I am so sad now that my daughter says she is too grown up for Oilily clothes (a little longer and I'll have her in the ladies ones instead!)
The Quilt is so beautiful!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd the little boxes and the colors... just great!!!!

I just found your blog and was strolling through. I love the fabric matroushka dolls. I also love your quilt with them. Is there a website or source for a pattern for the fabric matroushka dolls?
ReplyDeleteThanks
