On the table lay my just finished bag and the new Flow magazine.

I wanted to finish the bag before I get lost in this great magazine...
So now I'm off ready to Flow with a cup of hot coco and a 'roze koek'!
Groetjes,
Yes, yesterday was my birthday. Another year older! It is always a strange day for a birthday, after having so many special days. But it was a great day! A few people came over and in the evening we went out for a fancy family dinner!
Oh and I was spoiled by DH, he suprised me with this beautiful large tablecloth,

It came in a beautifull box,

I love how it is made,

I love how it fills the table with colour!
Another gift was this beautiful sugarbowl,

As I said it was a wonderful day!
Now something else,
I want to take the same picture of a tree each month. The same tree a bit different each month. And after a year we will see a tree's yearlife!
Here is the first tree picture,
And at last I made these two bags for the shop,

Love the monster on the bag! (the bag below is sold)

Unfortunately today is the last day before school starts and regular life will start again. So we'll cherish this beautiful winter sunday.
Wish you all a good start of the week!
groetjes,
We just had some great christmas days! We enjoyed the warm company of family while we had a great meal and a good glas of wine! Today we are in a bit of an afterglow atmosphere. Watching some tv and hanging on the couch close by the fire.

And in moments like these I can't sit still... so I made this quilted and embroidered pillow! It matches great with the quilt.
Enjoy your day,
I am in real estate these days,

This is going to be the first house almost ready for the buying market..
A mortgage won't be necessary...
Have a nice day
My Ria brought these shoes for me from Spain,

They are a gift for little Luca when she turns two. Luckely it'll take 9 months before that happens, so I can look at them for a long time!
It seems these are the polka dot days here and at school, have a look,

Polka dots on the table. (Today I hope to finish this quilt, so it stays on the kitchen table and every free minute can be spend useful.)
And polka dots in our class,

The season table

painting,

felting and folding
And of course, can't live without polka dots fabric!

Well, I'm of now to do a few more stitches on the quilt, before my son is home for lunch.
Next post you'll see it finished!
