Ok, this quiltje is finished

And now the most exciting part... time to wash....

hmmm... I don't know why I was so stressed about washing this quilt...
Can you see any difference?

It turned out great!! It even looks more fresh than it did before!

CUTE! I get squeamish when it's time to wash, even though I pre-wash my fabric. I always love the after the wash results though.

Hallo Heleen, al een tijdje ben ik niet meer bij je op visite geweest, maar het is nog steeds een wondermooi kleurenspel bij jou!! Prachtige quilt heb je gemaakt! Op ons woonforum (www.picasaforum.hotforum.nl) zoekt iemand naar ideetjes wat je zoal met die leuke zakdoeken van de Zeeman kunt doen en als ik me goed kan herinneren had jij (of je zus?) er ooit een quilt mee gemaakt. Klopt dat? Ik heb je link op het forum geplaatst, maar weet zelf niet meer waar ik het plaatje zou kunnen terugvinden.

Very very cute!!! I’m always anxious to put quilts in the washing machine!

I only had one unpleasant experience with a quilt that had lots of black fabric in it, although I used colourcatch tissues while washing, all the lighter blocks are grey now..!
