When it's warm enough outside to open the windows and let a light breeze (and fresh air) flow in.
We are getting ready for Easter here and that always gives me the ultimiate springfeeling. Freshly painted houses, lemon and orangetrees are in full blosom and the smell is intoxicating, more smells from the baking of cookies and Easterbread. It is my favorite time of the year! 1st of May is another celebration here where we also make flowerwreaths for ourselves.
Lentegevoel: 's ochtends als je nog in bed ligt de vogeltjes al horen fluiten, de paddentrek (hier helaas gevolgd door de reiger trek :-() De eerste keer zonder jas, echte hollandse aardbeien, bloesem, alle groene blaadjes, iedere dag minimaal 1 keer in de tuin lopen om te zien wat er allemaal veranderd is. Ineens jonge eendjes zien.
Daisies are my favorite flower. Just looking at your pictures makes me feel like spring. We had a surprise snow storm here yesterday...I need some spring.

Spring is my favorite season!
Yay!! Those Daisy chains look so lovely. They take me down memory lane when we would make ooodles of them as children. The photos are lovely!!
Spring is for me the fresh morning smell.
i love it when i hang the washing outside and the air is warm and there is a heavy scent of freesias and orange blossom - just beautiful. we are, of course, just coming into autumn which is a beautiful season here - we have lots of warm sunny days which are very still and calm. perfect for lazing about outside with picnics and books :)

Oh I can't wait to see the daisies here.. they come later for me. But right now I have tulips! They shout SPRING!
Warm spring sunshine and flowers. I love the cherry blossom, there was lots on the trees driving home yesterday. We also used to make daisy chains when the girls were younger. Jane x

The daisy chains are lovely! We won't have daisies for a while here, but the leaves are finally coming out and the blooming trees - pear, crabapple, cherry, red bud, are so beautiful right now! It rained today and everything smells fresh.
I used to make these when I was little! So sweet!

how do you make those? theyre beautiful ive never learned how to make them braided together like that
