Lovely gift and tree

Corry came by to suprise me with a lovely gift,

Lovely ribbons

Beautifull ribbons from LFN ribbons

A lovely book and ribbons

and this great book to make my own skirts!

It has been ages ago since I sewed anything for myself!

030

There are some great skirts in this book and I really have new inspiration here!
So hope to show you a new skirt real soon!
(unless I fail... )

It is March so time for my monthly tree picture.

This morning I took a early picture of the tree. It was still a little foggy,

Tree in march on a foggy morning

It looks like there are no changes between the februari and march tree....

Tree life,

But I'm sure the tree is waking up, and feels the early spring sun on the branches of the tree. This tree is working verry hard inside to get ready for the big spring changes!

I'm off now to the fabric store in search for a great skirt fabric!

groetjes,

Oh I like your gifts Heleen! Those ribbons are so beautiful and will make a project look amazing.

Now I do like the look of that skirt book. The winter wrap around is doing things for me. I don't suppose you really have to knit the fabric do you?

Good luck with finding some lovely fabric!

What beautiful ribbons!! Good luck with the skirt production. I bought two clothing patterns last year but have not been brave enough to try yet. I'll watch to see how you make out...perhaps it will give me the courage to cut some fabric!

I have all kinds of fabric I've been setting aside to make some skirts. I'm losing some weight right now so will wait until I've lost some before making them. HEY, please post your newly made skirts! That is so exciting. AND I love your tree! I am a Tree appreciator and NUT...lol...and I believe they are like individuals..no two alike! ♥♥♥

That's so sweet. I can't imagine what it's like to have a sister...especially one who enjoys the same crafts. Seems like so much fun!
